SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to Bridge Storage Arts & Events and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your account and your use of our storage, kitchen, coworking, and event services. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Types of messages. If you opt in, you may receive account verification and login codes, reservation and booking confirmations, appointment and payment reminders, replies to your customer-service inquiries, and operational notices about your unit or reservation. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages without your separate, express consent.

Sample message: “Bridge Storage: your unit C-12 reservation is confirmed. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity with Bridge Storage. Typical volume is low, though you may receive several messages while verifying your account or managing a reservation.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Bridge Storage is not responsible for charges billed by your carrier.

Sample message: “Bridge Storage: your unit C-12 reservation is confirmed. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Opt out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and will not receive further SMS messages from us. To opt back in, reply START.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Contra Costa County, California.

Changes to Terms
