About This Program

Bridge Storage Arts & Events sends transactional text messages to customers who have opted in. Messages include account and reservation notifications such as reservation confirmations, payment and balance reminders, verification codes, and replies to inquiries.

This is not a marketing program. We do not send promotional or advertising messages. All messages are transactional and directly related to your storage unit, reservation, or account with Bridge Storage Arts & Events.

How to Opt In

You can opt in to receive SMS messages when submitting a reservation request through our online reservation form ("Grab It!" form). During checkout, you will see the following consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default and must be actively selected to provide consent:

Checking this box and submitting the form constitutes your consent to receive SMS messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You are not required to opt in to complete a reservation.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies depending on your account activity and reservation status. You may receive messages for confirmations, payment reminders, and other account notifications as needed. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Sample Messages

Examples of the types of messages you may receive:

  • Bridge Storage: your unit C-12 reservation is confirmed. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
  • Bridge Storage: your balance of $120 is due 06/24. Pay at get.bridgestorage.com/portal. Reply STOP to opt out.

How to Opt Out, Get Help, or Resubscribe

  • Opt out: Reply STOP to any message. You will be immediately removed from our messaging list and will receive no further SMS messages.
  • Get help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at info@bridgestorage.com or (510) 233-3348.
  • Resubscribe: Reply START to opt back in after opting out.
