We accept credit cards, debit cards, ACH bank transfers, cash, and checks. Rent is due on the 1st of each month (or as specified in your rental agreement). We also offer autopay for hassle-free monthly billing.
Yes. Bridge Storage features gated access with key fob entry, 24/7 camera monitoring, and onsite security patrols. Each tenant receives a personal key fob for controlled access to their area of the facility.
We strongly recommend that all renters maintain insurance coverage for their stored belongings. Proof of insurance may be required as part of your rental agreement. Bridge Storage is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft unless caused by gross negligence.
Storage units and workspaces cannot be used for habitation. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your rental agreement.
